Type of selection

• Through Korean Embassy

- Applicants submit application to the Embassy by

- Applicants can choose 3 universities out of 51 designated universities

• Through 51 designated universities in Korea

- Applicants choose one university among 51 designated universities in Korea and send            application to one of those universities according to its guidelines

※ Applicants should apply through the Embassy or one of the designated universities, not through both of them

B. Courses

• 3 years : 1 year of Korean language course & 2 years of Master course
• 4 years : 1 year of Korean language course & 3 years of Doctoral course

Tentative schedule

• Review of applications (deadline of submission): by 27 March 2012
• Selection of applicants : by 11 June 2012
• Arrival in Korea : by 31 August 2012
• Beginning of the course : 1 September 2012
