On february 15, 2022 at 10:15 at the general seminar of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Baku State University in room 602, the report of the head of the Department of "Mathematical Analysis" of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, Doctor of Science in Mathematics, Professor Bahram Ali oglu Aliyev on the subject “Solvability of a boundary value problem with operator boundary conditions for second-order elliptic operator-differential equations with a complex parameter”.

The report studies the solvability of a boundary value problem for second-order elliptic operator-differential equations with a complex parameter in a separable Hilbert space H, in the case when one of the boundary conditions contains a linear unbounded operator. Abstract results obtained are applied to elliptic boundary value problems.
