ATTENTION

A scientific seminar will be held on March 29, 2022 at 10:15 in the 602nd auditorium of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics. At the seminar,  the senior researcher of the department "Equations of Mathematical Physics" of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of ANAS, Doctor of Mathematical Sciences, Professor Farman Imran oglu Mammadov will make a report  “On some qualitative properties of degenerate parabolic equations”

The report will discuss results on the boundedness a family of solutions to the Hölder norm, as well as results on the Harnack inequality for degenerate second-order linear parabolic equations in divergent form.  Information will be provided on what important results have been achieved in this direction, what new results we have achieved, as well as questions that remain open in this area.
