On May 24, 2022 a scientific seminar of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics will be held in auditorium no. 506 at 10:15. Associate Professor of the Department of Differential and Integral Equations, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences Shirmayil Gasan oglu Bagyrov will report on the topic “On the existence of global solutions of some semilinear elliptic and parabolic equations in an infinite domain”.

The report will consider the existence of global solutions of some semilinear elliptic, parabolic equations and a system of equations in an infinite domain. Sufficient conditions will be found to ensure the absence of global solutions, and examples will show the accuracy of the conditions obtained.
