ICTP-Eurasian Centre for Advanced Research (ECAR) has been established as an international research and interaction centre to foster scientific activities in the Eurasia region. ICTP-ECAR is a Partner Institution of ICTP and it is hosted by Izmir Institute of Technology in Turkey.
