The next faculty seminar

On May 20, 2021, at 11:00 the next online scientific seminar of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics will be held. At the seminar, the assistant professor of the Department of “Higher mathematics” of the faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, candidate of physical and mathematical sciences Sevda Elkhan kizi Isayeva will speech on the theme “Initial boundary problems for semilinear wave equations with transmission acoustic conditions”.

The report will present a mixed problem for semilinear wave equations with transmission acoustic conditions. Information will be given on the existence of global solutions and blow-up of solutions of this mixed problem during in a finite time  under certain conditions on nonlinearities.
